180 day rule for ILR Dependent

HI
I am on Tier 2 dependent visa. I am eligible to apply for ILR in July 2019. I have been outside the UK for 190 days in 2017. Will this cause a rejection or is 180 days counted only after Jan 2018 for dependents.
