Only minor children for whom you are the primary carer, can qualify under Zambrano.
No he’s not the father of the children. However I have indefinite leave to remain now.

####@all## Thanks every one!! I never had the 2.5 years as I never applied. Was still on my first DRC. This is very reassuring, as I never had leave to remain , only DRC, I’m on my second drc card, which expires in 2024. I hope for the same good news. Thanks for responding and again congratulations.
