I have VERY RECENTLY moved and I am wondering if the airmail package states "DO NOT FORWARD" in which case my package probably will not be forwarded and would have been returned to the home office. I am waiting on my HSMP approval letter and my documents back!!! Aside from being a brown airmail ...

I actually won't have the NHS (I don't think....from what I've read) since I am a US Citizen going to the UK on a visa.

I will be moving to the UK and at the beginning will not have healthcare. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? Should I just private pay? Is that the best option price-wise, health-wise, etc.?

I am a US Citizen and have applied because my boyfriend who I love very much wanted a change of pace and accepted a job offer in the UK. I want to be with him so that means that I have to try to get in there as well. I do agree, though, that the US is a great place to be also.

what did you use as proof for entry clearance for: savings (how much? is it a problem if you make recent, large deposits?) accomodation (my boyfriend is going there first and will be put up in corporate housing for a month,. then he will be finding us a place to live and i will be meeting him out ...

Does anyone know how much money the Entry Clearance officer will look for one to have in their savings account? What has been your particular experience?
