Thanks for the information. Did the package say anything about not forwarding it though (i.e. DO NOT FORWARD, Etc.)?

What did your package look like from the Home Office?

I have VERY RECENTLY moved and I am wondering if the airmail package states "DO NOT FORWARD" in which case my package probably will not be forwarded and would have been returned to the home office. I am waiting on my HSMP approval letter and my documents back!!! Aside from being a brown airmail ...

Private Healthcare in the UK

I will be moving to the UK and at the beginning will not have healthcare. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? Should I just private pay? Is that the best option price-wise, health-wise, etc.?

Thanks!

I am a US Citizen and have applied because my boyfriend who I love very much wanted a change of pace and accepted a job offer in the UK. I want to be with him so that means that I have to try to get in there as well. I do agree, though, that the US is a great place to be also.

Amount of Money Needed for EC Clearance? from the USA...

Does anyone know how much money the Entry Clearance officer will look for one to have in their savings account? What has been your particular experience?

I am coming from the USA.

THANK YOU!

So if we did get married within 6 months, I could stay?

I was under the impression that you'd have to be marrying a UK citizen?? My boyfriend is a US Citizen working for a US company in the UK.

Options for a Girlfriend?

My boyfriend has accepted an offer with a United States company in the United Kingdom. They will be sponsoring his work so he is all set. Now, it's my turn to figure things out. I applied for the HSMP but if that doesn't work out do I have any other options? We are not married, engaged and have not ...

Should I submit a change of address?

I moved since I submitted my HSMP application. I have not heard back from the Home Office yet. Do you think I should E-mail them with my change of address? My mail will be forwarded automatically to my new address by my postman so I wouldn't think that I would have a problem getting my letter from ...

A Few HSMP Questions

I have a few questions regarding the HSMP Application I already submitted. Any advice would be much appreciated. 1) I just realized that I mailed my application without a cover letter. When the guidance notes said "covering letter" I interpreted that as the application itself. Will I be rejected on ...
