Tier 2 can I include my fixed car allowance to meet the ILR requirement

Hi All,

I am on tier 2 visa and completed 5 years and gonna apply ILR. Currently my annual salary is £32609 and additionally I am getting fixed car allowance £6000 per annum which make my annual salary + allowance to £38609.

Do home office accept car allowance in the total salary.
