Which application form should I fill for ILR

Hi,

My husband initially had a Tier 2 General Visa and he has since received Indefinite Leave to remain (in 2019).

My current visa is a dependant visa on his Tier 2 General visa. Which application form do I need to fill to apply for my ILR application? Is it Set (O) or Set (M)?

Thanks

Re: Tier 2 Dependant Question

Unclear when your visa expires or what service your spouse is using for their ilr. Might be useful to state this. There is no requirement that you must apply at the same time he applies for ilr if you still have sufficient visa validity If you don't pay the required £1200 IHS your application will ...

Re: Tier 2 Dependant Question

The visa is issued for the length that is stated in the CoS. So if CoS is for 3 years, it is a 3 year visa. Then a new CoS is needed for X number if years, usually 2 or 3 years, to get an extension. Thank you, this is very helpful. One more Q regarding IHS. My husband is applying for ILR at the ...

Possible but then an initial visa for 6 years would have been issued and a second extension after 3 years would not have been required.
So does a CoS last for the length of a visa?

It would have been a new cos for the extension, likely the "up to 3 years"
Can one CoS be valid for 6 years?
