Appoments attended on the 23rd of May at 9am, decision at 4pm, but still waiting for BRP card.

My missus came to the UK on the 15th of July 2011 and held T4 Visa until Nov 2019, then switched to Spouse Visa will be expire on June 2022. Appointment at 9 this morning
All went well and left at around 10.


Got email from HO saying the application is granted 30 mins ago.

Done it and it is been 4 months, and UKVI keep saying they are working on it. They should give it to you within 40working days. Email them to remind the timeline. You've overstayed between 30/11/2011 and 12/12/2011 but then this will be disregarded since the overstay days are less 28. Good Luck and ...
