Is the below true?

Please note, a nationality application does not provide any immigration status while it is being considered. You must ensure you have valid permission to stay in the UK until you have had a decision on your application and attended your citizenship ceremony.

If a child is born (june 2021) in the UK to non-british parents and if one of the parent got ILR later then can the child apply for British Citizenship directly or needs to get on ILR first?

I have read somewhere that Passport is not required to apply for BRP replacement if it is like to like replacement and within 2 years, is this valid? I would see if there's a way for her to apply for a passport through some fast-track process, seeing as she will need to do so before applying for a replacement BRP, which she must do within three months. There's sure to be some emergency process available by which she can get a passport quickly ...

Due to covid situation if new passport is not available within 3 months then how can she submit BRP replacment application within 3 months If it has happened very recently, then owlishly wait a bit before reporting it as lost/stolen with the optimism ...
