What was the amount in GBP you paid? Not everyone on the forum knows the difference currencies, we only use GBP when advising. The IHS for a 2 year 9 month spouse visa is £3,105 for one applicant. So how much in ££ did you pay with the application? £1987.79 So you haven't paid enough and need to pay ...

I received an email saying I need to pay IHS top-up but I paid full amount when I applied.

I clicked the link in the email but it shows that I still need to pay full amount.

What to do I only have 5 working days to reply.

After successfully uploading all documents. I go ahead and press submit. The wheel turns then I get a message "Oops! Something went wrong" my wife has biometric appointment on 20th Jan. How's that possible date is the past? Please tell me what to do. Just book another one. Not the end of the world ...

I have 3 children who are British nationals and live with me in a 2 bed apartment.
