You do not have a visa. ILR is a permanent status and does not expire or lost unless it is revoked. It will take 4-6 months before you get a new BRP. An employer does not need to wait for this. Lost and found ILR. Not applied for replacement

I have lost my ILR BRP in July 2021. I reported it to HomeOffice as lost. After few days to this local police recovered my ILR and returned it. Post this I forgot to apply for replacement BRP car within 3 months. In between I travelled abroad and returned to UK using the lost and found BRP. Nobody ...

I have reported lost ILR in July 2021 after few days before applying for replacement Local police have found ans returned my ILR. Later I forgot to apply for replacement within 3 months. I applied for replacement now and appointment is tomorrow.

Any idea what would happen now?

Hi I initially got PBS dependant for 2yrs on basis of my husband’s cos (tier 2 general). He got ILR in September. I’m due to extend my visa for another 3yrs. My visa expires in November.
