now in this case where the family income was declared late,as in after like months after living together, is that going to be an affecting factor for the ILR to be refused.
ok are we saying that should be no problem or we cannot imagine. i am of the opinion that a family should not be seperated because of this issue as the applicant ha not made recourse to public fund.
