now in this case where the family income was declared late,as in after like months after living together, is that going to be an affecting factor for the ILR to be refused.

ok are we saying that should be no problem or we cannot imagine. i am of the opinion that a family should not be seperated because of this issue as the applicant ha not made recourse to public fund.
can we have more opinion on this please anybody

my friend is sceptical about her husband's application for ilr set(m). the reason is: 1,will the home office check whether her husband is claiming child tax credit? 2, will the they run the same check on her? 3, becase she added her husband's name as a joint claimant after 8 months of their marriage ...
