Re: Urgent:Spouse Visa - Query on Document

Thanks Ticktack, I’ve read people from same country have provided different sets of documents for same visa type so thought to check if I’m doing it right. Makes sense though as proving a relationship is subjective and can be extended to include lots of documents. Better I provide all the documents I ...

Re: Tourist visa for younger brother

I see your point. It’s better to wait for sometime than to risk it.

Thanks Zerubbabel.

Re: Tourist visa for younger brother

Thanks Zerubbabel for your response!

Is there any time limit to wait before apply? E.g. 6 months in the new job etc.

And once he gets a job, being a new employee doesn’t pay that well so is there any money limit for such applicants?

Re: Tips for passing Life in the UK test

Thanks seagul for your advise. You’re right.

Thanks pr1, I am reading the book as well as practicing.

Thanks CULLINAN, I think I found that website. There are blue tabs but it still shows tests & not exams. If you could share or pm me that website name, that’d be great😊

Re: Tips for passing Life in the UK test

I found few sites with practice tests.. will go through those now.

The one with 15 tests looks good as it shows explanation for incorrect answer.

Thank you Seagul & CULLINAN!!

Are there any tips for passing the Life in the Uk test first time? E.g. any official website with sample questions etc.? I’m reading the book but it has lots of information & my exam is due in a weeks time.

Appreciate your advise on this.

Re: T2 General to ILR - 1 year visa validity

Sorry for not being clear.

What I’m asking is: if I apply for ILR in Jan-2020 with all required documents, the HO would not reject the application on the basis that my visa is valid until Jan-2021?
