I applied on 5th August but did not get anything back yet. Just saw on the Timeline thread that two august applicants are able to book the appointment. Not a clue what on earth is happening within the UKVCAS department.

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I don't know what opt out means but if you referring to the biometrics date deadline then it was sometime in October I was rushing to UKVCAS appointment even though I knew I won't be able to book an appointment.

Re: Tier 2 to ILR Questions

Hi Guys,

I have applied for my ILR (Set O) and made a mistake into the employer reference letter. In the employer reference letter, my employer wrote previous COS number instead of the latest one on which I got my extension. Should I write to the HO about this mistake or not?

Thanks

Re: [ILR for Tier-2] salary threshold and working hours

IF your SOC code is 2136 then you are exempt from the minimum Salary Threshold for ILR but you would still have to meet the minimum earning for an experienced worker.

Never heard it being abbreviated until now.
To OP, no they do not need to tell UKVI that it is on SOL

Really appreciate that.

Re: Tier 2 to ILR Questions

Hi,

I have asked my employer for the letter to apply for ILR. He is asking me if we should mention that the role falls under the SOL or not.?

Do you think we should mention that in the letter that the role comes under the SOL or not?

Thanks
