Applying for UK Citizenship after ILR

Hi, My wife got her ILR on the 5 year route married to me as a UK Citizen in Dec 2019.She has been living in UK over 5 years now.I read on internet that ILR has no expiry date .But her ILR BRP card has expiry date of Dec 2024.I am not sure if they made a mistake or ILR are issued with expiry date ...

Hi CULLINAN, Thanks again for your reply. Yes I have completed SET(M) online for my wife. That link in 'Further Action' is the same as the one under the Document Check List ' Mandatory documents'( which states that Your Partner should download , sign and return. It seems like this is the only ...

Hi, Thank you for replying . The link in 'Further Action' is this one: 'Declaration for spouses, civil partners, proposed civil partners, fiancé(e)s, and unmarried partners'.
