My husband came into the UK in November 2014 on a spouse visa and got his ILR in February 2020. Can he now apply for naturalisation immediately based on these dates?

Sorry I should have said...he entered on a spouse Visa in 2014 and the extension was granted on FLR(M) in 2017. I am settled in the UK, not British-born
