Re: ILR Application Date (earlier than eligible date)

Congratulations @MasterZap. I have closely followed your ILR application and am glad it has succeeded. I applied for my ILR too on November 15, roughly 18 days before my eligibility date (03-Dec-2024). QQ on TLS appointment: I've booked a self-service appointment. Do I have to submit the documents ...

Thanks Zimba! Yeah, I've already cleared the LIUK test. Your post on maximizing the 'date of decision' for ILR is extremely helpful, and I'm taking a shot at it.

Re: Eligibility and Documentation for ILR Submission - SET(O)

In addition, I was furloughed for four weeks from 01 April 2020 to 30 April 2020. Does this count towards ILR continuous period calculation?

Re: GTV evidences for KC1 and QC3

Hello SD, I also noticed that the visa category in my Tech Nation application has changed. Initially, I thought that's the mistake I made when submitting my application but after I saw your post, it could be from Tech Nation side. To confirm, do you mind if I ask what's the visa category you see in ...

Re: Switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2

Perfect! Thanks for responding. I'm due to submit my letter on Dec 27. I just wanted to make sure that the new clause to apply tier 2 within three months of completing course is actually in effect.

Switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2

Hi Members,

I have submitted my Tier 2 visa application on December 17, 2019. I'm a Tier 4 student and completed my Master's degree on 19 December 2019. My question is "Will it be a problem that I have submitted my Tier 2 Visa application before completing the Master's degree?"
