The evadance she provided that she would return back home is that she has to finish her univercity studies. She has doucments from the college stating this.

My girlfriend has her appeal now turned down. We prepared a letter for the visa officer against there ruling but they still said no on the same ground as last time that the aplecant has no previous travel history. Its not fair i dont now what we will do now
