Re: Spouse visa

Thank you very much for your response, I seriously didn't see any reason why one can't apply immediately and there is no input from the Home Office stating so indeed. Much appreciated 😊.

Re: Citizenship application based on refugee status

Thank you all for your responses and insight, I will post my passport to the Home Office as they've formally asked for it. I'm just wondering though if Brexit will affect this application for a Travel Document and my right to be here in the UK as a refugee. Thanks.

Expired BRP Returns

Good afternoon everyone, I recently got my ILR BRP card and I sent my old BRP card to BRP Returns in Bristol and I used Royal Mail Special Delivery with a guaranteed delivery of 1pm the next day. However royal mail mistakenly sent it to their delivery office in Bristol and they said they corrected ...

Re: NiNo Not on BRP card

Thank you, well cause the letter I got that accompanied the BRP stated that both tier 2 and refugees BRP cards do have the NiNo at the back.

NiNo Not on BRP card

Good afternoon everyone, I got my BRP card for Refugee ILR but it doesn't contain my NINO number in "Remarks" section. Is this perfectly fine or I should contact the HO?

Thank you.

Re: Additional Documents

Thanks for the advice, so regardless of sending the documents that were already scanned or uploading the documents that were already scanned it won't have any negative impact on the case?

Additional Documents

Re: Proof of Right to Work

Thanks for that however my BRP card expired yesterday, so I am unable to prove my right to work with the link you've provided since my application for ILR is still with the HO.

Supporting Documents

Good evening everyone, I have sent out my Set P application for ILR however I haven't uploaded any supporting documents. I understand there's a deadline of 10pm on the day of the biometrics appointment, I'm just wondering if there's any grace period if this deadline of 10pm elapses?

Many thanks.
