Not possible. You need to submit the original surrender certificate and the cancelled passport for OCI Ok got it.. thanks. and can only 1 parent submit for the kids pls without taking the kids to the appointment? Its illegal to have dual passports in India. It should have been surrendered with 3 months of acquiring foreign citizenship. You can enter UK but cant leave India without paying heavy exit fees.

MEA has issued clarification that Revocation Certificate will also be a valid document in lieu of Surrender Certificate for obtaining OCI Card

They have temporarily stopped the renounciation step, you wife has to apply only for passport surrender certificate and then oci.
Your daughter can continue with Indian passport with no problems as she was born Indian

I didnt get any response from HCI but someone went to court and got it fixed.

India does not allow dual citizenship and they get angry when people find a loop hole to keep dual citizenship.

My son's Indian passport renewal was affected like many reported in this thread below and got him a British passport. The consulate fixed it after 6 months but it can happen in the future

India does not allow dual citizenship. When you surrendered/renounced your Indian passport there is a form that you agree that your child cannot not be an Indian.

Both ILR and Greencard requires you stay in the respective counries. You have to lose one eventually.
Only way is geting British passport as soon as possible so that you can live in US without any restrictions.

It clearly says you have to provide PAYE reference or HMRC Self assessment as a director.

I applied as a director / self employed but salary was paid under PAYE. So gave that PAYE number, and did not send self assessment.
You can whatever you have and a letter from an accountant explaining your situation or that it is less than taxable threshold.

It depends on the company.
Remember its always good to part on nice terms, as you need previous employers references in future or during background checks.
You may not get the salary settlement and pension transferred easily

UK has lots of appeal process and ombudsman services to protect ordinary people.
Try cifas appeal or complain to bank ombudsman to remove the marker.

Relax. This is most likely due to BRP card production and distribution issues related to Covid. We are seeing newly designed BRP cards being issued recently.

You can appeal with the email evidences that you have. If you have made honest efforts then home office will be lenient . In my experience they usually let go of the employees but punish the sponsor licence holders. They will also check your current sponsor whether you do the job/duties same as in ...
