Your appointment is after you applied/paid online. The appointment is basically for biometrics, as part of the process. Travel after you have applied doens't need to be listed. Finally got idv app invite (25.06 application date),submitted straight away,hope it won't take too long. In my case the time is really crucial, as this application is for tier2 extension till the end of November - once I get it I hope to have enough time to submit ILR set(0) application.
