How and when to make a valid variation application?

I am applying as Spouse of ILR before within this 14 days given by Home office, before a decision is made on ILR application.

I got the Home office email on 27-05-2020.

Home office asked me to reply within 14 calendar days.

when would the last date to reply?

its waste of time on thinking about this any more.

there is no point in arguing on this subject.

i am applying for ILR dependent.

Wrong figures were submitted by the Agent. Who is not available at the moment.

Genuine people like me who trusted agent should not be misrepresent.

My Accounts were dealt by an agent who works for Accounts firm. When things were taken to the Accounts company they asked to speak to the Agent, who is not available. Sad thing is innocent people are the victims of this situation. Genuine people voice is unheard.

So if i take a good advice from a lawyer, the chances of winning the case is much higher. Is that right.

so what is the possible action plan!

Can I claim mitigating circumstance if a certified letter is issued from the accountant who has amended the tax returns.

Can we ask the accountant who has amended to provide the letter.

What would be the possible documents needed for to claim mitigating circumstances.

Home office is taking about tax year 2009-2010,
It is difficult for me to provide any document as it has been 10 years.

Home office asked me to explain about the discrepancies made in the application. Including an explanation of why an amendment was not made until 2015. Which year would I apply for my ILR.

if i withdraw My ILR application.
And apply as Dependent for my ILR Wife.
will that be ok.

earnings was claimed for Tax year 2009-2010
and
Tax was amended in 2015

considering 2009 -2010 , we are now in 2020.... can we take ' no deception in the last 10 years'
