Thanks , I did send an email to above address and got reply that they will escalate case , saw few other members who emailed there and they got escalation in few days

Hi , I sent an email for escalation to an email which i found online and searched it’s used by many applicant , not sure if this is an authentic email for UK visa ?

Thanks for your reply , haven’t got decision yet . Just was curious if these documents were submitted successfully as you still get to see the option of uploading further documents although documents have been submitted

Good afternoon , I applied visa in Nov and document scanning was done at UKVCAS , now if I log in I just see how many documents were uploaded but don’t get option to download or view how they’ve uploaded , is this how it’s meant to be ? ***UKVI during lockdown****

I applied for my wife’s visa in Nov , have got to travel but next month . We’ve already submitted documents and given finger prints in Nov . Does anyone know if UKVI processes applications during lockdown , or if there’s a national lockdown ?

Generic. Ignore. Infact a lot of people reported receiving decisions right after a delay email also. It has no relevance to the decision pace.

Ukba email about possible delay

Hi,

Applied for FLR(M) extension on 6th Nov 2020 and gave biometric on 17th Nov , received email today that there might be delay due to current Covid-19 situation , is just a general letter or shall we expect a genuine delay ?
