EU Settlement Scheme - Chinese national mother and Belgian national

Dear All, Looking to make an application under the EU settlement Scheme. Bit confused at the online guidance. Mother is a Chinese national with no leave to remain in the UK. Child is a Belgian national. It says that "You cannot use the online service to apply to the scheme if you’re applying as: the ...

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Re: 28 days rule

Yes and also the income must be at least £18600 at the time of application.

Re: Category B Test 1 Spouse Visa extension Application.

Thanks very much, Seagul! I think there may be an issue with Test 2. As sponsor can only show the last 8 to 9 months salary being banked. The Applicant cannot rely on Cat A as she changed jobs in March 2020. How do you think the HO will view the non-banked salary? Will they disregard the 3-4m non ...

Category B Test 1 Spouse Visa extension Application.

Been a lurker on here a while and finally decided to join to get some advice and hopefully be able to contribute. I am in the process of making an application for extension spouse visa 5 year route. My issue is with test 1 of Category B applications. Which I must admit I have only done a handful of ...
