I should also note that jaywalking and conscription are thankfully not even a thing in the UK, so even if I report it should not count against my application I hope.

Also I've read that: There's no need to write anything on the back of the photo before gluing it to the form, this was necessary when the documents were sent as hard copies by post, in case the photo became unstuck, but it's not necessary if the completed form is scanned and uploaded in digital ...

I've read the instructions on the referee declaration PDF document and it's unclear to me whether the photo needs to be of the applicant or the referee?

Could anyone please confirm my understanding?
