whats the update for ILR judicial review..i saw posts regarding that a case has been launched to high court for workpermit holders seeking ILR according to old rules.
has the outcome come or not?

if i remember correctly they give appointment within 2 days and the results are handed to you on the same day if the TB test has been conducted before 12.00 am and if after 12.00 am the results can be collected the very next day from IOM.

in karachi she can go to Aga Khan University hospital(clifton/Bhadurabad) and IOM(international Office of Migration) which is at clifton.
AKU does the tests whereas IOM gives back the TB certificate.

i havent been given any chance of appeal so how would these people be helpful to me.?? workpermits were refused because of mishandling of the applications for the workpermit.1st time we applied in wrong category second time advertisemnet was not given and third time review was suggested and fourth ...
