Dental hygienist / therapist - ICT Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Hi,
I have completed B.D.S in India and currently under Tier 2 ICT dependant visa in the U.K. My BRP mentions 'NO DR/DEN TRAIN'. Will I be able to work as a Dentist / Dental Hygienist / Therapist?. What do the restrictions in my BRP means? Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
