Re: Delayed ILR

Please ignore that; I was just checking for one of my friends that we have a similar immigration journey.

Delayed ILR

Good afternoon, I wonder if you can help. I applied for ILR under the partner of a British citizen and paid for the same-day service since Aug 4th 2023. The Home Office is yet to reply; the only communication I received from them was to inform me that they are still carrying out checks and I should ...

Re: ILR Eligibility

Hey team, I have one more question. One of my bank statements (June 2023) has a different address on it, I have paid for a super priority service, and my biometrics appointment is scheduled for this Friday. The other five months have the correct address, and I also included an extra month (July 2023 ...

ILR Eligibility

Morning, all.

Just a quick question, and I hope someone can assist.

I had my 1st visa (child route) from 19/10/15 to 19/04/18.
My 2nd visa (marriage route) from 05/06/18 to 10/12/20.
My 2nd marriage extension from 08/02/21 to 04/09/23.

Am I correct to say I have been due for ILR since June 2023?

Re: Advice on british citizen application

Thank you for your prompt reply.

To confirm, I have never engaged in any criminal activity, and my spouse is a British citizen by birth.

Advice on british citizen application

Greetings, I would like to inquire whether it is possible for me to apply for British citizenship immediately after receiving my ILR, or if I need to wait for 12 months. Here is a brief summary of my history: I have been residing in the UK since I was 12 years old(illegally), and in 2015, I obtained ...
