Re: NonEu born Child MN1 if ILR evisa not issued

use Nov 2015 I would say. Unlikely to make a difference. Thanks contorted_svy! I was also thinking of the same considering I have stayed from Nov'2015 onwards continuously without any visa break though on different categories. I suppose this is a citizenship application so presume that different ...

Re: eVisa not visible

Child is and always would be a dependant. This just shows that the path for the ILR was based on the parent. Child probably wouldn't qualify independently. Not all ILR's comes without remarks. The most important is that it's ILR. Ahh ok - many thanks Ticktack! Didn't know that child is not ...

Re: eVisa not visible

ILR means you can stay in the UK indefinitely ... what were you expecting to see? Hi alterhase58, The status field in evisa shows: Status: Dependant Whereas rest of the email comments talks about settlement. I have checked mine it says status as 'settled' and comments are inline with the status ...

Re: eVisa not visible

Also would we able to travel outside UK based on approval email? Nothing stops you from traveling outside the UK. Returning is where you will encounter problems. Approval email will most likely not be accepted. Hi, I received ILR evisa email for my kid today however I am confused with the ...

Re: NonEu born Child MN1 if ILR evisa not issued

I assume the ILR email for your child will show a ref. number, if not just attach the email. And quote the application ref. Just double checking, child (and wife) now hold ILR? ILR approved email quotes the application reference number that was submitted (set o). It just states that your ...

Re: NonEu born Child MN1 if ILR evisa not issued

Is there anywhere in the MN1 application do I need to reference evisa share code? No. or that's irrelevant now? E-Visa is just the digital version of status/ILR - your child has ILR just use the BRP or email granting status. Thanks Many Thanks alterhase58 for your quick reply! πŸ™‚ I & child have not b ...

Re: ILR eligibility and Eccetis options

1. Correct 2. SET(O) as Tier2/skilled worker dependant route 3. It is about the application you are applying for, so 'Family (including spouse), settlement or citizenship/naturalisation' 4.
