I think there is no tax pending because the earnings are well below the personal allowance.

The rules regarding personal and trading allowances, and how they interact, are quite confusing for common people.

Another thought, If she stops her weekend tutor work on 20th January, she can submit an application on 25th January. In this case, she will not be self-employed, and technically the answer to the question, 'Are you currently employed?' will be 'No'.

I filled the SET(LR) application after 6th April 2021 and the checklist mentioned "NARIC letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK"

Kindly share a link that explains a change in NARIC.

As per my understanding, there is no financial requirement for the LR route.

If I choose unemployed for spouse and student for children, Shall I provide salary slips and bank statement of mine to support the family as they are not earning?
