Got this mail from Atlas: We aim to process all applications within 6 months from the date submitted. However, in certain circumstances this target is not possible. Following our assessment of your case, unfortunately it appears your application will not be processed within the 6 month target. This ...

Re: My referee is transgender

Totally! I'm just thinking, what if they get confused and can't match my referee with their records? They might think my referee is not a real person, or does not exist.

My referee is transgender

Hi and thanks in advance for your input. One of my referees is transgender. The referee's passport says "male" but their birth certificate says "female." When I filled my citizenship application I used the information in my referee's passport and I indicated their gender as "unspecified", to be on ...

Re: unclear form question: "EEA national with permanent residence document"

ooops sorry -- I think I have a reference number. It's a 16 digit number included in the HO letter telling me I have been granted ILS.

I'm not this confused normally, I apologise. I'm just very anxious about all of this.

Re: unclear form question: "EEA national with permanent residence document"

I haven't finalised my application yet, so I will follow your suggestion; thank you, it's very helpful.

(I don't have a Settled Status reference number, though. Just the link to the ILS, which is online. Is it normal? Should I worry?)

Re: unclear form question: "EEA national with permanent residence document"

Thank you! However, if I answer "no" to the " are you an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document " question, there is no place in the whole of the application form where I can specify I have a ILR under the EU settlement scheme. How do I let them know I have one? (Sorry ...

unclear form question: "EEA national with permanent residence document"

Hello, I am a EU national and I have ILR under the EU settlement scheme, but I don't have a permanent residence card. I found the following question confusing, and I don't know how to answer: "Are you An EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence document" Does "permanent residence ...
