FLR M Renewal (proof of accomodation)

Hi, I and my husband are living at a rented property by our parents.

As proof of accommodation, what documents do we have to submit? Can we just submit a letter from the parents along with the tenancy agreement or do we have to provide anything else?

Moreover, for the item of correspondence, I have a letter from the GP but my spouse doesn't have a letter from the GP. Do we need to provide a letter from the GP or is it not mandatory?
