Hi,
I am planning to apply for ILR in January. My family is not eligible for ILR then so they will applying for visa extension in March when the PBS dependent visa is due to expire.
Can someone tell me if my ILR is in process, is there any problem for them to apply for a dependent extension?

My Family is on PBS dependent visa

I am eligible for ILR in January but my family is eligible only in June because they will complete 5yeare then. All our General Tier 2 visa are valid till April.
What is the best option to fulfill their ILR by keeping the 5 year route? Can I apply for ILR and then sponsor their visa?
