To be clear, if I can get a letter signed on the 17th of December, which is the date I receive my 6th payslip, and applied with it on the 5th of January or afterwards, it's okay?

Yes, the July salary is lower because I started on the fifth.

Regarding the 5th of July, do you know if the letter of employment have to be dated after the fifth of January 2021 too, or is it okay if it has been made in the 28 days preceding that (end of December, that is).
