Do uploaded digital letters need to be signed these days?

Hi all, fiance visa - uploading covering letter (from applicant, my fiance) and letter of support (from sponsor, me) - letters are written on Word. Re: 'fiance visa' - we have traveled a LOT the last two years...how should we deal with the past addresses question?

Hi friends, do you think we still qualify for this exemption, if we lived 9 months in turkey and then left for 5.5 months and then came back to turkey for 3 months and are now applying for fiance visa. I think we do - but just have a niggling doubt for some reason Who does not need to be tested ...

Re: 'fiance visa' - we have traveled a LOT the last two years...how should we deal with the past addresses question?

thanks, as ever, Vinny, we seem to qualify for this exemption...but our situation is a little complicated by the fact that there is a gap of 1 month between our residence cards: In summary - July 20202 came to turky Aug 2020 became residents of turkey April 2021 left turkey(8 months later) Sep 2021 ...

Hi all, fiance has Russian passport. She left Russia 10 July 2020. We now have resident cards for Turkey. We are applying for fiance visa from Turkey. Re: 'fiance visa' - we have traveled a LOT the last two years...how should we deal with the past addresses question?

someone has told me that since we didnt have the right to work in these countries we've been visiting, that technically we were not living at the properties at all, and simply visiting, so perhaps we shouldnt mention them. I'm very confused now!

wow I'm sorry for this, I did wonder what was going on with my topics merging together.

Does anyone have any ideas about how many of our multiple addresses we've had this last 2 years we should put into the form? Any feedback much appreciated!

'fiance visa' - we have traveled a LOT the last two years...how should we deal with the past addresses question?

Hi all, not sure what to do here...we have been moving between countries together for the last 2 years. We have stayed in a few places for 3 months and one place for 6 months...but the rest has been 1 or 2 two week stays, even one or 2 night stays. Someone has suggested to me that it was because we ...

Re: Fiance visa - detailing travel history - she 'sneaked' over a closed border to meet me - how shall we document this!

Thanks vinny, this is my instinct too. My GF is getting in a spin that they will realise what she has done and use it to stop her coming to the uk :( The passport stamp only shows exit. So she thinks we could show she arrived earlier before the lockdown, and it would still be 'in line with the ...

Fiance visa - detailing travel history - she 'sneaked' over a closed border to meet me - how shall we document this!?

Hi all, In the depth of worldwide lockdowns in early 20202 last year my Russian Fiance was stuck in Russia and very afraid that they will never open their borders again to let people out. In a bold and romantic move she had herself smuggled in a truck across the border to Belarus where she stayed ...

Is a stop at a country's airport to switch flights considered 'transit' or 'tourist'

I'm having to detail all travel for the last 2 years on an fiance visa application. Recently I flew from Turkey to Mexico City airport (MEX), on arrival I cleared immigration, switched terminals and caught a flight to Guatemala. I arrived on a tourist visa rather than a transit visa. On the form for ...
