It has been over 3 months but I don’t have access to the lawyer or the account so I’m not sure if there has been a response

I applied for naturalisation via a lawyer some time ago and the lawyer applied via her UKVCAS account. I don’t have access to my application and the lawyer isn’t responding.
How can I check my application status? I have my application number?

Now after 12 months I.e 28/03/2023 can I apply for citizenship? Can I apply before this date?
