Hi to all

I am applying for PR under workpermit this coming Nov 2008. My husband had a traffic offense ( driving w/o licence ) early last year he was banned for 3 months. Though, right now he got UK full driving licence. Is this scenario will have an effect on our PR application?

Yes,he can apply for ILR along with you,as long as he is on a dependent visa.You can include him as your dependent on the SET(O) form when you apply in 11/08[/quote]
