Many Thanks for your kind reply. So it means I can apply for more than 28 days Regards, Like I have said multiple times already, "It is a renewal". You could even apply 6 months before expiration. However , if you apply too early, you get a new visa for 2.5 years only. If you're precise in your ...

Re: Spouse visa for people who got married a few months after meeting each other

Hi, I met my fiancee on a vacation a month ago. We spent two weeks together during which we understood that fate brought us together and we are ready to commit. I'm on a Tier 2 Visa in the UK (Skilled Worker Visa) and want to understand the best strategy to get the spouse visa. The plan is that my ...

Hi all, My friend is on the 10 years road family visa. Her visa expired a few weeks ago, and she had a fees waiver granted and applied for her visa renewal; Now her dad passed away and her lawyer submitted her dad's death certificate to the home office for them to process her application as soon as ...

Re: eVisa not visible

Child is and always would be a dependant. This just shows that the path for the ILR was based on the parent. Child probably wouldn't qualify independently.

Not all ILR's comes without remarks. The most important is that it's ILR.

Thank you for your kind reply.

Please confirm how many days before I can apply for a visa.
It's a renewal, so anytime before expiration of current leave. It all depends on when you entered the UK and if you'd still have extant leave .

just fyi, am paying the GBP equivalent for the course, and they would be paying me the local currency equivalent. I just to understand if this need to mention in the invitation letter, etc
That's Ok, but you don't need to even mention the course in the application.

Take the form with you and ask if they can help you add it to your application. If they can't or won't, then you might have to wait till you're contacted by the HO.

Dear contorted_svy, Thank you for your prompt reply, much appreciated. Would it be ok for me not to mention these airport transfers at all? I do not want to over-complicate my absence history. There's no reason for you to even mention airports you transited through. You didn't cross the border, so ...

Re: Guidance Needed on Spouse Visa Accommodation Documentation

I personally don't think this is good enough. The requirement is to show where you're living (present tense), not where you could potentially move to (futuristic). What happens when that place is no longer available during the processing period?

You do understand that by just marrying a Brit doesn't mean that your sins are forgiven. The process would take as long as it takes unfortunately. I know it sounds cruel, but you can't do a crime and expect that because you've suddenly come out and admitted it, then all should be forgiven. It's a ...

Is anyone able to assist? I guess you'll have to apply to find out the answers you seek. Deceptions changing names or DOB are taken very seriously. Hard to know if spouse visas make his sins to be forgiven. I guess he just has to come clean and explain about the oversight. Guess he has a 10 year ...
