Would you recommend to apply using EU Law for the Unmarried Partner Visa or the UK Law. Also, woul I need to wait till Sep. 2008 to apply as my visa expires end of Sep. 2008 or can I apply now. I have all the documental proof to prove my unmaried relationship.
