Hi carpra. I too am exactly in the same situation. I called up the customer care, and was told that it is OK to use the multiplier for the indian salary. BTW, who told you that we shouldn't use a multiplier, if we are not in the same country in which the earnings are made? Is that a rule for HSMP ...
