Hi Good luck on you journey. You should get a COA letter from Home Office in about 3 weeks after you applied for EE2. I got my EE2 8 months after I applied so I don't think you will get it earlier even if you get an agent. In COA they will state that you do not call them before you six mounts ...

I got it 18.12. but I sow that actually my resident was approved in November so they needed a month to send it.

I applied for my EEA2 on 14.April and still nothing, lucky you. Did you had to send them a lot complain letters, HELP I really won't all this to finish and go home a little bit?

Hi, I’m just wondering will it be to hard to get a job just with COA letter, and no NI number, and do the implores accept that letter like a proof that you can work legally in UK?

My husband is Irish who work and lives in England last 4 years. I’m am Croatian witch is not a EU meber,we got married in NZ February 2008. I’m back in England with him and we are living together. I just send an EEA2 form, so I’m interested how log is approximately time that I need to wait for ...

I’m here on tourist visa for six mounts; can I stay longer if my resident visa is not solved? You should not have come on a visitor visa if your intention was to settle. An EEA Family Permit would have been better. That being said, under European law you have the right of residence even without an ...

if you sent in only eea2 (and not eea1 for your husband together in the same envelope), it should take up to 6 months. The home office is not very fast in these matters.
