Re: Require urgent advice: for CAS Allocation After Leaving UK – Resit Student Visa Issue

These are all questions for your university.

I don't see what the urgency is, given that you are not due back in the UK for at least two months, and the standard Student visa processing time is 3 weeks.

Re: Urgent Advice Needed: Visa Expiring Before In-Person Resit — University Refusing In-UK CAS

I am finding it difficult to understand why a CAS cannot be issued from within the UK despite enrollment and the requirement to return for an in-person examination. Because if it was issued while you are in the UK, you might try to use it to apply from within the UK. That would be refused and would ...

Judging by your 25+ previous posts about very different scenarios and visas, you appear to be an immigration adviser who is using this forum to crowdsource advice for your clients by pretending to be the client.

I hope you explain to your clients that your sources are random members of the public.

Re: Student Dependant - Switch to Graduate Visa - Time of Absence

Some suggested to put the visa expiry date (30 April 2026) rather than the course end date in the visa application for the 'Course End Date' section. That is only a suggested possible workaround if the Course End Date has already passed. There is an error on the form when it asks for Course End ...

None of these things matter.

You seem to be imagining or reading extra rules and requirements from somewhere.

The applicant appears to be overthinking everything unnecessarily. That is the correct link to the application. The different visa end dates are not an issue, nor is any potential underpayment of the IHS if that is what the application asks for. The Home Office can request a top-up payment if ...

The list of Public Funds is widely available. Just Google "public funds".

If for some reason you don't understand it, speak to the international student adviser at your university.

You are over-thinking this. They are not interested in your medical history, but in whether you have any unpaid debts to the NHS for medical treatment, which is a general ground for refusal. Someone who has paid the IHS for their previous application(s), would not have a debt to the NHS. Just say ...

Re: Guidance need for Home Fees instead of International Fees

This is not a visa or immigration matter, and not for this forum. I suggest you contact the university or UKCISA direct to discuss.

Assuming the university has all the above information, it is possible that the issue is the 5-month absence from the UK in 2016. It depends on the circumstances of this.

Whether he can switch to Skilled worker depends on whether his employer is happy to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship for the application.

Does he have a specific concern about making such a switch from Student to Skilled worker?
