Yes she will be ok once her pre settled expires that mean she will be eligible for settled status in her own rights, so definitely she will be fine, she just need to prove she hasn’t been outside of the country for more than permitted.

There is no mistake there, you should have wait for 12 month as you had you indefinitely in late 2023 and by early 2024 you apply for citizenship, so the number are simple so for instance you had your indefinitely in January 2023 meaning January 2024 to send application regardless the status of your ...

You both qualified so why would you apply for your wife as dependent? First there is no such a thing and secondly what exactly you want to achieve? How does it benefit your wife? You can both apply at the same time since you both qualify

Your good to go mate, 2 weeks absent is way way lower , just make sure you declare everything, from CCJ, or criminal history even though it happens 10 years ago, parking tickets only if they result to the court, but if you have paid no need to declare

Your child automatically has a British citizenship if your indefinitely leave to remain was acquired before they were born, and you can apply for passport by sending your information about your ILR and it will cost you £52 pounds,

Hello mate thank you for replying so quickly I really do appreciated, Tanzania does not allow dual citizenship, also it’s a long process to get the 3 name inserted in a passport, as you know Africa so behind on simple basic thing, so what options do I have?
