Finally the error was sorted today as I emailed FLRMAtlasValidate@homeoffice.gov.uk on Tuesday 7/01 and 9/01 I received an email to say the visa has been reconsidered and corrected. We cannot believe we have been given the wrong guidance for the last 9 months but thankful it is now resolved.

Update after emailing admin help . Advised that our AR will be rejected too as it is not eligible for a review. Does anyone know what to do in this situation. TIA

My husbands spouse visa was successful in April 2024 which should be a 30 month validity .Both dates on the email and BRP was for 7 months.
