Re: FLR FP (Refused 3rd May 24)

The Home Office will consider any other EU country, Romania or Pakistan as points of return depending on circumstances. There is no barrier as far as the Home Office is concerned for a return to Pakistan that prevent the individual being returned. It is him and him alone that is being removed. In m...

- Yes, Agreed she will not survive there. We did extensive research on Pakistan between us and obviously with people who lived there as Christians or foreigners. Have you menioned the potential discrimination that you and your spouse are likely to encounter if you relocated to Pakistan? There's cou...

Re: FLR(M) switch 10-year route to 5-year

I might wait for first extension and start 5-year route then. Keep in mind that your ILR clock will reset to zero when you switch pathways anyway. So, if you are granted FLR(M) at a later time, keep in mind that you will need to complete five years on FLR(M) from that point in time to be eligible f...

Re: FLR(M) switch 10-year route to 5-year

Thank very much for this. Now it all makes sense.

I might wait for first extension and start 5-year route then. If only it wasn't so expensive!

Re: FLR(FP) Application time

Application submitted : 21July 2023 Biometrics: 10 Aug 2023 (£139) Decision: 15th Sep 2023 Granted!! Put on 10 year route. Didn't expect it so quick. Even the lawyers said it can take long becau...

Re: FLR(M) switch 10-year route to 5-year

Thank you for your reply. When I applied, I didn't meet immigration requirement for FLR(M) as I overstayed my visa. But, thankfully, they put me on 10 year route because of the Article 8 etc. What I don't understand is whether I can now apply for FLR(M) again, using the same set of documents + my BR...

FLR(M) switch 10-year route to 5-year

Hi everyone! I just received Leave to Remain as 'Family Member as a partner on the 10-year route'. I've read so much information on here and other forums but am still very confused whether I can simply re-apply and switch to 5 year one. I was put on 10-year route because of the overstay but was able...
