-One question, when you applied for ILR, did you include your entire family including your son? If your son was not included, was the denial include your son? Did they interview you about your son? Were they aware of your child? Why did you applied for ILR without waiting for your son to be 10 years ...

This is where the denial probably came from.. "c. were aged 10 years or more on the date of application;" You applied before the child is 10 years old. The immigration decision is correct. In the appeal, if the first decision is executory on the date of denial, then the appeal is irrelevant. The ...

"If the child lives in the UK until age 10 there is a lifetime entitlement to register as a British citizen. The immigration st atus of the child and his/her parents is irrelevant ." So that's it. But the immigration denial was before the child is 10 years old . Probably the reason why your ...

I don't think you can have two visas at the same time. One must be cancelled. Call UKBA, you can search the number on the internet.

Your boyfriend but you want to know him more? Well the best way is to let him come for 6 mo and then you go there for 6 mo. If he overstayed that would mean ban for 10 years.

Once you are married to a Filipina you can apply for a visa called 13A, permanet resident visa for spouses of Philippine citizens. But I don't think this could lead to Phlippine citizenship. Just apply for regular visit visa. Requirements 1. Notarized letter of application by the Filipino spouse 2 ...

Mochyn is correct about extending visa, money talks. So ask your fiancee if she knows someone at the immigration or let her ask someone who knows someone that knows anybody. That is if you are going the route of 21 days visa free.

I don't think you need visa, you can stay there for 21 days visa free and extend if you want to stay longer. But bring a document something like certificate of non commitment or unmarried certificate. If you don't have this then you will have difficulty marrying your fiancee.

Main Applicant Lost Job Over A year Ago...

Wife of a friend lost her job over a year ago, that means her WP is also cut. If they stay here for that long means they are illegal. Wife again got a sponsor and file for her WP, but to my understanding since she lost her first WP then there is a possibility that she would be denied as she has no ...

Yes that is correct what Casa has said. But the test mentioned in the JR that HSMP is exempt from is " Activity test". I don't know what that is. If that is the same as KOL or KOL and other tests are under Activity test, then yes, there was a judgement that came out 06/04/2009, in Wales I think ...

As far as I am aware, only EEA nationals are allowed to work anywhere in the EEA country members. You are not an EEA national. You might need to apply for a work permit. Why not go to the EEA office there and get information.
