Staff in the appointment will scan your passports, and they only scan the stamped pages
Ofc you can upload all pages include the blank ones

what is college convocation certificate? is it degree certificate?

once your payment is completed, you should see a webpage where there are two green boxes
one green box is download declaration form
second green box is book appointment.
The second green box should lead you to TLScontact website

your unique reference number is GWF, meaning it is outside the UK

I only have two recent trips last year which were not covered by passport stamps
do I need to provide an employer letter? Can I use flight tickets or P60?

one trip to EU actually stamped in my passport by EU border force confirming my trip dates

Please note that having a phd is not enough to be a qualified referee - they should be members of a chartered body to be on the safe side. are you from Hong Kong? did you use SAR (not that SAR) /BNO passports in/out the UK? usually you have two passports, one chinese (SAR) and one British (sort of). The Home office may document your in/out using two different passports

Hmm, I might have some WFH but not out of the UK tho. If you fly out of UK, home office knows it from the flight ticket

what do you mean by unauthorized? so your company did not know you were out of country?

I did it without mentioning the reasons in details but those holidays were authorized
