However, this was their response: " On 4 December 2023, the Prime Minister and Home Secretary announced a series of further measures to reduce net migration and curb ...

Re: Dependent child visa - urgent help

This is why I am worried even though nothing has been specifically written about the deadline. That article is about the extra rules for bringing a child as a single parent when the other parent remains overseas. Hi, Appreciate the replies mate. I know I am now drifting off topic but I have one ...

Re: Dependent child visa - urgent help

Hello, Thank you for your reply. After referring to the resources you have provided, I can see that there's no specific deadline for the visa application. However, please refer to this news piece on the guardian https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2024/jan/20/inhumane-home-office-denying-visas-to ...

Re: URGENT HELP: Graduate Dependent Visa for baby born in UK

My aplogogies. Looks like I was completely in the dark about this. You can only add a child during PSW IF ONLY the child was born during PSW. Otherwise, there are no other exceptions. But I am not a solicitor and I cannot be 100% sure. As far as I know, you would not be able to add your kid during ...

Re: Bringing 24 months old on Student Dependent Visa with both parents already here

Hello there, Thank you for your reply. I found this other thread on immigrationboards itself and numerous other posts which say one cannot bring their dependents to join them in the UK while in their PSW Graduate visa. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-4-student-visas/dependant-visa-for-my ...
