Re: Use parent's Passport with old ILR copy?

Update We applied for the baby's passport without the original ILR and eventually got it. First, we sent my partners passport (non UK), which he used when applying for ILR and a copy of his ILR (not certified). HMPO requested original of the ILR or the number of his British passport. My partner ...

Re: Use parent's Passport with old ILR copy?

No - best to send the original BRP to HMPO as they request and keep a copy. Your ILR BRP is the documentary proof of your child's British citizenship. So if the baby is born a day before the ceremony and the BRP must be sent back no later than 5 days after - you have 6 days to apply fir the baby's ...

No, it’s not ok - tagging on to someone else’s post makes it difficult to moderate and reply to that posters query.

It’s better to start your own thread, continue here.

Hi, I hope it's okay asking under someone else's post. Will it be okay to send a copy of ILR after the settled parent became naturalised and sent the BRP back to UKVI as per law? Could we use the parent's British passport and the old ILR copy? Yes you need to provide one of parents' BRP showing you ...

ILR SET(O) PBS Dependant question

Hi all, Appologies if the questions have been asked before, I read a few topics here but I am still a bit confused.
