VAF 9 form - what date do you ant to travel

dear Members,

In the VAF9 form, first page they are asking the first question what date do you want to travel to UK.

Is visa being issued on the basis of the date which we enter or the date in which the visa applcation approved?

Request members to clarify this doubt.

Thanks and regards,
