My HR has clearly told that they will NOT co-operate in the verification process.. They are not even giving me attested pay slips. So i could not apply for the visa because of this reason ,though i am eligible.
getting a tier1 in itself is a big task.. congrats ! If its a real genuine case, u can ask abt changing the visa dates .. in ur case , its just two months before ur travel date.. so i wud advise u to just it leave like that .. there is a risk of cancellation of the visa if there is re-verification ...
