Re: eVisa not visible

Hello all, I had the exactly the same situation, for my 8years old son, the status is shown as "Dependant" in eVisa, but for my wife and me it's "Settled". We also have the BRP's (exp. 31/12/2024) where it was mentioned for all of us as: Type of permit : Settlement Remarks: Indefinite leave to ...

Re: ILR application SET(O) for dependent

Hi Lenin, Thanks for listing documents required. do we need to really submit 5 years proofs for dependents to support cohabitation, my only worry is documents are going to be more than 200 pages , is it a problem or we can upload blindly? 1. council tax - 5 years (10pages) 2. water bill - 5 years ...

Re: ILR application SET(O) for dependent

thanks zimba. So just to be clear here - parent applying for the ILR(in this case it's my wife) with dependent together(my 7Yrs son) will provide only one consent form, signed as follows: Part1 - signed by applicant(my wife) Part2 - signed by me (joint account holders) Part3 - no signatures, it's ...

Re: ILR application SET(O) for dependent

Hi zimba,

thanks again for the prompt reply.

But should be there any consent form for my son? as they are applying together with my wife in one application form. And my wife's consent form is enough? (meaning Part1 signed by her and Part2 signed by me)

Re: ILR application SET(O) for dependent

We provide the council tax bills, energy bills on joint names and I'm also will provide the Bank statements from my account as proof of enough finance, as she is almost not working, only rarely as part time. Should the ...
